 Matt Blevins was raised on a small horse farm in North Texas where he spent the earliest part of his life in the horse industry. At the age of 16,  Matt started to develop his bid calling chant. While Matt was attending Tarleton State University, he got a part time job at a livestock sale barn, where he listened to the auctioneer, and was able to sharpen his chant. After calling an auction for a fund raiser in college, Matt realized he wanted to be a professional auctioneer. Upon graduation from Tarleton State University, Matt went on to graduate from Missouri Auction School. In addition, he earned his Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation from Auction Marketing Institute at Indiana University and also is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Today, Matt continues to be a bid caller in the Auto Auctions, Bucking Bulls, Fundraisers, Horses and Pure Bred Cattle. He also works with working with other auction companies as an auctioneer.
